Yes, a 3 year limited warranty applies to parts & workmanship. We do not cover against abuse, incorrect installation, or normal wear and tear.
Every monitor will show the fabrics differently depending on the settings however the fabrics we have selected will suit many different situations. You can order a free sample prior to placing your order if you want to check the colour.
No. Please give us the exact measurements of the window as indicated on our “how to measure” page. We will make the adjustment for the brackets ourselves. If the blind is fitted outside the window DO NOT send the fabric width. Please send the full width INCLUSIVE of all brackets & fittings for where the blind will be positioned.
Our fabrics are 2700mm wide so that is the maximum width available. We can supply blinds of up to 3500mm height/drop.
Yes. We can make you a “Dual blind” where there are two blinds on a special bracket. The blind closest to the window is usually Sunscreen & the front blind is usually Blockout & is front rolled. They operate on separate chains. You will need sufficient clearance from all obstructions within your window recess to fit the brackets refer to our dual blind measuring guide for assistance.
No. There are too many variables in motorised blinds to be able to sell them on a dedicated online website.
Yes. You can choose whether you would like the blind to roll from the front or the back. Front roll is required when space needs to be allowed for items such as handles. For aluminium windows we recommend back rolled unless handles are a problem.
Generally your roller blinds will be manufactured & dispatched within 5-7 business days from order confirmation and payment. If there is a delay with delivering in this time frame we will contact you directly to let you know and the reasons for it.
Roller blinds are easy and quick to install. Your blinds will be delivered with all of the brackets, screws and instructions required to install the blinds.

There are simple steps to ordering your blinds. Start by downloading the measuring guide and worksheet, use the worksheet to note the widths as you go around your windows. Measure your windows using our measurement guide, & select your preferred fabric. Send us your details through our quote box & we will email your quote back. Let us know if you would like a colour sample & we will post it to you. After confirming you are happy with the fabric & trim details, & your payment is deposited in our bank, we will begin manufacture of your blinds. Once the blinds are complete we will email or phone you. They will be dispatched by courier with fitting instructions included.
We can make the blinds narrower but not wider. Contact us and we will make arrangements for the blinds to be returned for alteration. Please note there is a charge of $45.00 per blind plus freight for this service.
You must call us as soon as possible, preferably in the first 24 hours. We cannot guarantee any changes after this time because your blinds may have started production.
Payment can be made either by credit card on line. You make this selection in the order confirmation section. You will be notified as soon as payment is confirmed and your order will enter into our production schedule at this point.
Freight to North Island and South Island locations is included in our pricing. If you are on an offshore island then there will be additional freight costs and you should contact us to get a quote.
If your blind is visibly damaged upon delivery, please refuse delivery and your blinds will be returned to us. We will immediately repair or replace your blinds and send them back to you. You must inspect your delivery and report any damage to RollerBlindExpress within 24 hours of receipt. This is a requirement of our freight carriers and after this time RollerBlindExpress cannot be held responsible for the damaged item or the replacement cost.
Please use the track and trace number supplied to track your order. Please only phone us if your blinds are more than 2 days late or your order appears to be lost. Usual times 1 – 2 days for North Island, 2-3 days for South Island. Plesae allow 2 extra days if you are in a smaller town cente or a country area.
Our preference is for you to provide an address where there is someone during working hours who can sign for them. We cannot accept responsibility for blinds that are delivered and are not signed for. For special delivery instructions please enter a brief note in the box provided. Please check your delivery details are correct before confirming your order as these are difficult to alter once entered into the production system.
